The community class at OAK PILATES, we ensure that every body type and age group can benefit from Reformer Pilates and the Fuse Ladder. The OAK PILATES family features a foundations class for beginners. Experience a 30-minute, full-body Pilates session with one of our knowledgeable Instructors. The foundations class is a promising beginning to utilize our state-of-the-art equipment, view the studio, workout, and speak with a knowledgeable, trained Pilates professional at OAK PILATES.

Community Class

Our free Community Class is designed to introduce you to Oak’s grounded, Pilates-based approach to movement. In this 30-minute session, you’ll explore the fundamentals of our method in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment led by one of our comprehensively certified 500-hour instructors. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or simply curious about what we offer, this class is your invitation to grow strong, stay steady, and get grounded to the core.

Flow

Rooted in classical Pilates and elevated with contemporary movement. Flow is a dynamic Reformer-based class that builds strength, length, and fluidity from the inside out. Seamless transitions guide you through creative sequences using the Reformer, Fuse Ladder, Chair, Mat, and other equipment, challenging your balance, coordination, and focus. No two classes are ever the same, but every session leaves you feeling grounded, energized, and deeply connected to your core. Offered at all levels: foundations, progressions, advanced, and pro.

Cardio

Get your heart pumping and your body moving in this energizing Pilates class featuring the jump board. Designed to build cardiovascular endurance, agility, and power, Cardio combines dynamic low-impact jumps with classic Pilates exercises that focus on strength and control. Feel the rhythm, ignite your core, and rise with every jump. Perfect for those who want to sweat, strengthen, and soar. Offered for levels: foundations and progressions.

Fuse Focus

Experience Pilates like never before with Fuse Focus, a signature class centered around the innovative Fuse Ladder. This versatile equipment challenges strength, balance, and flexibility through dynamic, multi-directional movements that engage the entire body. Designed for those seeking to elevate their practice with creative, functional training, Fuse Focus sparks connection and growth from root to branch, strengthening both your body and focus. Offered for levels: progressions, advanced, and pro.

Barre Fusion

A graceful fusion of Pilates and barre techniques that lengthens muscles, builds core strength, and improves posture. Using the reformer and barre, this class is designed to help you extend your reach with fluid, controlled movements—cultivating balance and poise from the ground up. Get ready to grow with intention. Offered for levels: foundations and progressions.

Pilates Interval Training (PIT)

A high-energy class that combines Pilates precision with interval-style bursts of cardio and strength. Designed to ignite your metabolism, build endurance, and challenge your core, PIT moves you through dynamic circuits using the reformer and other equipment. It’s strength and flow in powerful intervals. Offered for levels: progressions and advanced.

Chair Hybrid

A focused class centered around the Exo Chair. Oaks Chair hybrid class strengthens your core, enhances balance, and builds precise control through targeted exercises. This class will challenge your balance in new ways. Ground yourself in mindful movement and grow your strength from the seat up. Offered for levels: progressions and advanced.

Stretch-Lates

A gentle, restorative class that blends deep stretching with Pilates principles to improve flexibility, release tension, and enhance body awareness. Stretch-Lates helps you lengthen muscles and calm the mind, encouraging a sense of ease and flow. Feel your body lengthen and your breath deepen as you reconnect with calm and balance. Offered as a foundations class.



Balance

Designed to challenge your stability, focus, and control, Balance strengthens both body and mind through intentional, Pilates-based movement. Using the reformer and a variety of props, this class trains deep core muscles and coordination to help you feel centered, steady, and strong, grounded to the core, even when the ground feels unsteady. Offered for levels: progressions and advanced.
