The Intro Class at OAK PILATES, we ensure that every body type and age group can benefit from Reformer Pilates and the Fuse Ladder. The OAK PILATES family features an intro class for beginners. Experience a 30-minute, full-body Pilates session with one of our knowledgeable Instructors. The introductory session is a promising beginning to utilize our state-of-the-art equipment, view the studio, workout, and speak with a knowledgeable, trained Pilates professional at OAK PILATES.
Foundations
The roots of your Pilates journey begin here. This beginner-level class introduces the core principles of movement. Breath, alignment, and control — while gently guiding you through foundational exercises on the Reformer and other equipment. In a supportive environment, you’ll build strength from the ground up. Perfect for those new to Pilates.
Progressions
An intermediate-level class that builds on the foundations of Pilates with more complex movements, increased resistance, and greater coordination challenges. This class deepens core strength, focus, precision and control, helping clients grow in their practice with precision and confidence, becoming more grounded in their practice.
Advanced
This advanced-level class challenges strength, balance, endurance, and precision through dynamic sequences, advanced spring settings, and refined control. Oak's advanced class is designed for those with an experienced practice who are ready to move with power, flow, and intention. Expect to be pushed — and to rise. *Instructor approval required.
Pro
A rigorous, athletic, and deeply focused experience. This class delves into the full potential of the Pilates method, incorporating advanced choreography, minimal cueing, seamless transitions, and a strong emphasis on precision and control. It’s where deep roots meet high-level movement. *Approval or instructor recommendation required.
